If you want to get fit and healthy, lose unwanted fat, increase strength and stamina, physical activity is important, but it is also only a part of a big picture.

In many cultures and societies flat six-pack abs were and still are symbols of physical power, strength, and stamina both for women and men.
Men want flat and ripped abs and women mostly 'just' toned abs with two vertical lines emphasizing midsection curves. And jet, when you go to the beach, how many such individuals with ripped abs can you see? And a more important question - are you one of them?

Home treadmills under $1000 are a popular medium to high-level home treadmills. They have many more features than treadmills under $500, especially those in range of $950 - $999, often found on sale. Such treadmills accept heavier users, come with stronger and more durable motors with faster maximum running speed, have motorized incline, more workout programs, etc.
Most of them have practically everything what a good home treadmill must-have, but they are not as good as a medium to high-level models of commercial treadmills found at commercial gyms.
But, if you are a regular home walker/jogger/runner and want to keep your aerobic capacity high and burn extra calories at the privacy of your home, treadmills in this price range are probably the best option.

Home treadmills under $300 are popular entry-level home treadmills. They are suitable for lighter runners and walkers who don't require maximum running speed more than 9-10 mph. Also, incline change is almost always manual, and the workout programs are often very limited: manual + up to 10 workout programs, with no user profiles.
Walking treadmills under $300 can have higher maximum user weight, but they are often manual (no electric motor) with one or two flywheels to smooth the ride.

Casein protein is derived from milk protein, which is mix of whey and casein protein, in 20% : 80% ratio. When consumed, casein is slowly digested and it feeds the body for 6-8 hours with almost constant stream of amino acids. There are many casein protein supplements on the market, we have chosen 5 the best according to our opinion, but we have mentioned few more, too.

Human body is not like the good wine - the older it is, the better it is. We can't expect our bodies to be the same when we are 20 or 40 or even 60 years old. If we never exercised, never cared about our bodies, than yes, we can look and perform better with 40 than we did when we were 20...
There is never ending discussion regarding eating egg whites vs. whole eggs. Problem is rather simple: 10 egg whites have around 35g of protein, 5g of carbohydrates and no fats or fiber and that is 160 kcal for eating 35g of protein. On the other hand, 100g of eggs has 12g of protein, 1g of carbohydrates and 10g of fats - note that 2 medium sized eggs have around 120g.
In order to consume 36g of protein, one has to eat 5 medium sized eggs and that is 36g of protein, 3g of carbohydrates and 30g of fats; that is around 420 kcal for 36g of protein. And that is huge difference.
Choosing best treadmill for home use can be daunting task, but it shouldn't be. When deciding which treadmill is the best, one has to balance several things like number and individual preferences and habits of future trainees, available space, physical location, budget and similar.
For every person wanting to become and stay fit, it is of vital importance to know how much calories she/he burns per day and during various activities. Daily burned calories can be calculated using various formulas, while calories burned during various activities can be found using charts and tables.
Quality of foods and supplements, as complete protein sources, is often measured by their amino acid profile - more essential amino acids food or supplement has, it is considered better protein source.
Some of our trainees are vegetarians. Their food ranges from vegetable sources including dairy products and non-fertilized organic eggs (lacto-ovo vegetarians) to trainees exclusively eating only vegetable food (vegans).
Trainees who eat vegetable food with dairy products and non-fertilized organic eggs (lacto-ovo vegetarians) can organize their nutrition with ease - much easier than vegans.
Protein sources and food in general for trainees who eat only vegetable sources is somewhat limited. There are many things that one should think when organizing nutrition for vegetarians, especially physically active vegans.
'Problematic' macro and micro nutrients are (but not limited to): protein, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin E, omega-3 and healthy fats in general.
Pre, During and Post Workout Nutrition is very important aspect of nutrition of every athlete or anybody wanting to eat healthy, lose fat, build muscle, become and stay fit. When we calculate our Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) or very similar Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), we calculate the amount of energy expended while at rest, per day.
It must be noted that this is calculated for resting in neutrally temperate environment while digestive system is inactive (at least 12 hours after eating food).
There are several ways for comparing quality of proteins in food. Most often, Protein Biological Value (Protein BV) and Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) are used to compare various protein sources.
