Features of Fitness Reality TR3000
The TR3000 is very easy to assemble. It comes almost pre-assembled. All users have to attach is the console to the frame, and they’re done. This takes just around 15 minutes.
The construction of the TR3000 is of steel and so, is strong. The color is dark gray and it looks stylish.
The TR3000 has no motor but comes with eight levels of “Pacer Control” Magnetic Tension. In this, the flywheel is connected to the belt providing magnetic resistance so as to increase the intensity of one’s workout. The resistance can be changed with a knob on the console.
Space-saving Folding Design
The TR3000 is 50” long, 29” wide and 50” tall. But it has a space-saving folding design which makes it easy to fold and stored away after exercise behind a door or under the bed, and thus a perfect choice for small spaces.
Easy to Relocate
The base of the Fitness Reality TR3000 integrates transport wheels which can make relocation of the machine easy.
The console of the TR3000 comes with an LCD display which shows stats like distance covered, total time, speed, calories burned, and pulse rate. The display is not backlit though.
The required 2 AA batteries are included.
The TR3000 has got extra-long handrails which provide a stronger and safer grip and help user balance well and thus provide consistent workout. They have heart pulse pads on them and when users hold them, their pulse rate is shown on the display.
The TR3000 is equipped with Twin Flywheels of 6-inch diameter that ensure the belt runs consistently.
The company claims that the machine’s 45” L x 16” W running belt is longer and wider than most other treadmills and virtually provides the experience of an electric treadmill. In reality, the unit belt size has been optimized for walking sessions, providing much space for comfortable walking for longer periods of time.
But, many people taller than 6 feet find it impossible to make longer strides or run on this belt. Thus if a buyer is 6 feet or taller, and primarily concerned about running, they should first do their research and then decide if they should buy the TR3000 or not.
Personally, if you are 6 feet or taller, and you are interested in running, consider getting a good treadmill preferably in the $500-$1000 range.
The best feature of the TR3000 is its three manually adjustable incline levels. These are 8°, 10°, and 13°. This brings a variety to the workout and users can change the intensity of their workout as per their wish. Inclination can be changed manually through a quick-release mechanism.
The TR3000 is not absolutely quiet and makes some noise. Most people can bear it, but not all.
The console of the TR3000 has a slot where users can place their phone, tablet or television remote.
The TR3000 comes with oil for lubrication and the user’s manual shows how and when to use it in a section devoted to “Lubrication”.

The Fitness Reality TR3000 high-quality, manual treadmill has a strong construction, extra-long handrails that provide safety and balance along with heart pulse pads, 8 resistance levels, 6-inch twin flywheels, and 3 magnetic resistance levels, all quite impressive for its low price, though it doesn’t have a full-fledged motor.
