ISS Research OhYeah! Protein Bars are well balanced protein bars suitable as meal replacement bars for breakfasts and as daily snacks. They come in two sizes and in many flavors and are for reason one of the most popular protein bars.

ISS Research OhYeah! Protein Bars come as 45g and 85g food bars. Bars are available as single bars and in 12 bars boxes.

Other flavors have very similar macronutrient content, so when choosing flavors, pick one that you prefer.

Main protein sources are soy nuts, whey protein isolate, soy protein isolate, milk protein isolate, milk protein concentrate and calcium caseinate. Personally, I really don't like soy, but few protein bars with soy protein sources will not harm my testosterone levels :)

Amounts of sugar alcohols are moderate, so even if you are not accustomed to them, it is highly unlikely that you will have any issues related to them.

Although fats content is relatively high, bars don't contain trans fats. They also contain decent amount of mono- and polyunsaturated fats. Although they are not sugar-free, they are one of the healthier protein bars around :)

Note on sizes: bars come as 45g and 85g protein bars in very convenient wrapper - open the bar and eat it. 45g bars have 180-190kcal and are suitable for smaller sized people and people requiring smaller snacks. 85g bars have 350-400kcal and are suitable as full sized meal replacement bars.

Both bars can be used for breakfasts and daily meals. They are not suitable for bedtime meals, but after all, they are not formulated for such purpose.

If you like outdoor activities or you participate in sport events that last for longer period of time, these bars can provide you with plenty of energy and useful nutrients in tasty form - however, it is recommended to drink plenty of water after consuming protein bars, so if you don't like weight in your stomach, choose smaller bars.

If you are not in position to eat normal last solid meal before the gym (protein and carbs meal), take one of these bars - just be sure NOT to take this or any other bar or supplement for the first time on your main event day (just to be sure ...).

If you are on a diet, these bars can help you fight cravings for sweets - try to fit bar's macronutrients into your daily nutrition plan.

Long story short - very good protein bar, available at acceptable price. As said before, I am not big fan of soy, but bar or two, here and there, can come very handy. And since I am big guy (100kg+), I prefer 85g bars.
