Pure Protein High Protein Greek Yogurt Bar
Pure Protein High Protein Greek Yogurt Bars are tasty food bars with high protein content and acceptable macronutrient content in general. They are very similar to Pure Protein Bars in flavors and content.
Pure Protein High Protein Greek Yogurt Bars come in two sizes: 50g and 78g and two flavors: Blueberries and Strawberries.
Bars come as single bars or in larger packages containing 6, 12 or more bars.
Protein sources are relatively fast: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate.

These bars contain no trans fats and are gluten free.
As one can see, they are really similar to Pure Protein Bars, except the flavors - 'Greek Yogurt Bras' have fruity flavors, while Pure Protein Bars are more Chocolate/Peanut Butter oriented. Of course, I prefer Pure Protein Bars, because of the flavor and somewhat slower protein sources.
These Greek Yogurt Bars have great taste, very good macronutrient ratio and have acceptable price. Their sugar and sugar alcohol content could be lower, but then they wouldn't taste so well. If you are on a diet and need something sweet, these bars can come very handy. After all, with protein to carbs ratio of approximately 1:1, they are not only expensive candies, but great choice for breakfasts and as quick meal when energy is needed. They can be used as daily snacks, too, but protein sources are mostly whey proteins, making them little bit 'too fast' regarding digestion for normal meal replacement bar.
However, if you like outdoor activities or you participate in some long term physical activity and you need good energy source fortified with other micro and macronutrients, feel free to choose these bars.
Consuming single bar one hour before workout can provide ample of energy for heavy workouts. Some people use these bars instead of whey shakes after workouts - they are good for this purpose, but whey protein with fast carbs is better choice.
