Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein is pure casein protein powder. It is great for daily snacks and especially for bed time shakes due to slow digestion. Main ingredient is micellar casein.

Macronutrient content varies among flavors due to added sweeteners and flavors (for example, cocoa where chocolate flavor is wanted). Also, there is slight variation in content of used raw materials, but that can be ignored, of course.

Natural flavors (Chocolate Cream and French Vanilla) contain less protein and more carbs when compared with other flavors, but they don't contain artificial flavors or sweeteners.
