Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein
Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein is a whey protein blend consisting of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. Also, it has the so-called 'Super Recovery Blend' added to the mixture - creatine, taurine, and glutamine. It is a popular whey protein that comes in several sizes and flavors, good for recovery shakes after workouts at home or in the gym.

Body Fortress whey comes in several flavors: Cinnamon Swirl, Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Cookies N' Creme. Also, it comes in different sizes: 2 lbs and 5 lbs.
The serving size is one scoop, containing ~50g of powder. Nutritional info is very similar to all flavors. For example, one serving of chocolate flavor (author's first choice for all protein powders) contains 30g of protein, 8g of carbs (3g of sugars), 5g of fat, 1.5g of creatine, 1.5g of taurine, 1.5g of glutamine. Also, there are some vitamins and minerals present, but nothing extraordinary.
It is good to know that this whey supplement contains no aspartame, no gluten, and no soy protein - but it contains soy lecithin which helps with mixing.
Obviously, protein content could be better - 60g of protein per 100g of powder is a little bit too low. 'Super Recovery Blend' helps with the content (9g per 100g of powder), but nonetheless, protein content should be better.
Note: some packages can come with 20g scoops, but essentially, it is the same powder.
Mixability is acceptable. Be sure to use a protein shaker with plastic mesh inside to help with the mixing and shake everything for at least 10 seconds. After that, wait few seconds for the foam to settle down and enjoy your shake.
Since the powder contains creatine in the form of creatine monohydrate, it is recommended to consume the shake right after mixing.
The taste is OK. The author's choice is Chocolate Peanut Butter, but the author is a chocoholic for decades, so ... :) When preparing Post Workout Meal (PWM), if your daily nutrition allows, add some fast carbs to improve the taste.
Price is very good and it is one of the reasons why this whey is so popular. If you are not an advanced athlete, Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein is a very good whey protein supplement that will actually help you with regeneration and recovery after workouts, regardless if they are 'just' cardio sessions at home on your home treadmill or they are hard weight sessions at your gym.
Note that we would also recommend Body Fortress whey for breakfasts and daily meals, too, when mixed with other foods to slow down digestion. But, since there is creatine in the supplement, slow digestion would turn creatine into creatinine and that should be avoided. Thus, use this whey supplement only for shakes after workouts.
