Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate comes in two packages (2 and 5 pounds) and three flavors - Unflavored, Vanilla and Chocolate.

Nutritional data of the flavors differ slightly and is given in the following chart:

Flavor Quantity Protein Total Carbs Fibers Total Fats Cholesterol
Unflavored Serving Size - 28g 25.5g 0.6g 0g 0.4g 16mg
100g 91g 2g 0g 1.4g 57mg
Vanilla Serving Size - 28g 24.6g 0.6g 0g 0.4g 15mg
100g 88g 2g 0g 1.4g 54mg
Chocolate Serving Size - 28g 24g 1.2g 0.4g 0.5g 15mg
100g 86g 4.3g 1.4g 1.8g 54mg

None of the flavors contain sugars, trans or saturated fats. Cholesterol, sodium, potassium, iron, phosphorous, magnesium are very low. Also, note that only Chocolate flavor contains some fibers, but the amounts are very low, too.

Obviously, Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate protein content is one of the highest on the market, despite its taste and mixability (to improve mixability, lecithin is added to protein supplements in various amounts).

Carbs and fats are very low, making this whey protein suitable even for athletes on Keto diets and especially good for people on various low-calorie diets.

Depending on the flavor, ingredients also vary:

- Unflavored: whey protein isolate, sunflower lecithin.

- Vanilla: whey protein isolate, natural vanilla flavor, sunflower lecithin, stevia reb a 97/98.

- Chocolate: whey protein isolate, natural chocolate flavor, cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, stevia reb a 97/98.

Note: 'Stevia Reb-A 97/98' - Stevia Rebaudioside-A, which has no lingering or aftertaste, purified to 97-98%. High-quality natural sweetener.

Protein profile (given in the % of total protein, NOT powder) is Beta-Lactoglobulin - 52%, Alpha-Lactalbumin - 20%, Glycomacropeptide - 20%, Immunoglobulin - 4.0%, Bovine Serum Albumin - 2.0%, Lactoferrin - <1.0%, and Lactoperoxidase - <1.0%.

The amount of BCAA is very good - Unflavored flavor contains isoleucine 1893mg, leucine 2915mg, valine 1551mg for one serving. That is 6.36g of BCAA per 28g of powder or 25.5g of protein, or 22.7g of BCAA per 100g of powder, or ~25g of BCAA per 100g of protein. Vanilla and Chocolate flavors have slightly less protein per 100g, but their amounts of BCAA are also very good.

Mixability and taste: Surprisingly, this whey protein supplement mixes instantly, even in the glass with the spoon - it does contain sunflower lecithin, but the amounts are very low. Taste is acceptably good - it doesn't taste good like some much more popular whey proteins, but it contains far fewer carbs, flavors, and sweeteners and as such, its taste is OK (don't expect delicacy, but there is no chalky or sandy aftertaste like some similar whey isolates).

Usage: Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate should be used right after workouts if Post Workout Meal (PWM) shakes, regardless if those workouts were cardio session on your home treadmill or heavy lifting at the gym.

As such, it helps with recovery and regeneration, and thanks to all-natural ingredients, it does it IMHO better than other cheaper whey protein supplements.

For breakfast and daily snacks: whey protein isolates digest quickly and are as such not suitable for breakfasts. If they are mixed with other foods and thus slowed down, then they can be used for increasing protein content in various meals like protein pancakes, fruit smoothies, and similar.

For bedtime shakes: if it is going to be used for protein bedtime shakes, Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate must be mixed with low fat or cottage cheese, some casein protein supplement, peanut butter, various nuts, etc. Such foods significantly slow the digestion rate of whey isolates - nonetheless, if you commonly eat bedtime shakes, consider some of the best casein protein supplements instead of this whey supplement.

Long Story Short: Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate helps muscle growth and recovery after workouts, it maximizes muscle protein synthesis, eliminates gastric distress which some individuals experience from other whey powders and it provides a very balanced source of essential and non-essential amino acids.

Since it contains no lactose, it can be freely used by lactose-intolerant people, and thanks to its low carbs and fats content it can be used by people on low-calorie, low-carb, and even Keto diets.

Note: Although it is one of the purest forms of protein available and it helps meet daily protein requirements, even the best whey protein supplements should be taken only as part of a well-balanced diet.

Personally, I like to cycle my whey protein supplements, but whenever one finds the opportunity to get a whey like this one, go for it.
